About Us
Welcome to Olympian Odyssey, where fitness is a journey, not a destination.
We're a team of adventure enthusiasts who believe in the power of fitness to unlock life's many adventures. Our philosophy is simple: we train for life, not just for the gym. We understand that fitness is a tool that enables us to seize every opportunity for adventure that comes our way.

Odyssey was born out of a desire to create a training program that prioritizes real-world readiness over purely aesthetics. We saw too many people training hard but not really able to "go do" the things they love. So, we designed a program that combines strength and endurance in a balanced and versatile way.

We're more than just a training program. We're a community of like-minded adventurers. From our team chat feature to weekly lessons from our coaching team, we provide a supportive environment where you can connect with others, share your achievements, and find inspiration for your next adventure.

And for those with big adventures on their horizon, we offer personalised one-on-one coaching. Whether you're preparing to scale the Himalayas, cross frozen Russian tundras, tackle Special Forces selection programs, or run your first ultra-marathon, we're here to help you reach your goal.
And guess what? If your adventure is particularly cool, we might even offer a discount. Why? Because we love being part of your story and helping you achieve amazing things.

So, join us on this odyssey of fitness and adventure. Let's train for more than just the mirror, but for a life full of adventure. Let's be ready. Let's be able. Let's be unstoppable.

Welcome to Olympian Odyssey. Your adventure starts here.

"Everest Base Camp was a breeze! Milo’s training programme built strength and endurance in my legs, butt, shoulders and back. Across the 14 day trek, I sustained no niggles, aches or pains – despite carrying up to 10kg in my day sack for up to 12 hours a day, up and down steep ascents and descents. And I could breathe, even at 5,600m as a result of all the ‘cardio’ endurance work integrated within the training programme (without even realising it!) Added bonus: the training programme was varied, fun and took just 45-75 mins a day. I will be back for my next adventure!!!"
